• How to use

  To create a moment of calm

  1. Pour Aromatic Foaming Bath liberally under warm running water and swirl to disperse. Sink in, inhale the therapeutic blend and relax.  
  2. Spritz Goodnight Pillow Mist 1–3 times around the room and lightly over your pillow. Hold at arm’s length from the pillow when spritzing.
  3. Apply Relaxation Remedies to Roll onto pulse points before bed or throughout the day and breathe in the aromatherapeutic fragrance.

  Aromatic Foaming Bath:
  Pour liberally under running water, sink in and enjoy.

  Goodnight Pillow Mist
  Best before bedtime. Spritz 1-3 times around the room and lightly over the pillow. Hold at arm’s length from the pillow as spritzing the mist directly onto the pillow may cause staining.

  Relaxation Remedies to Roll:
  Roll onto pulse points and breathe in the aromatherapeutic fragrance.

• Packaging & recycling

  Relaxation Remedies to Roll:
  Glass bottle, roller ball, screw cap with label
  Bottle: Blue Glass. Please recycle in your kerbside recycling or with green bottles at your local bottle bank.
  Cap: Plastic PP. These are recyclable but not all local authorities accept them yet. Please check with your local authority if they can be disposed of in kerbside recycling or at a collection point. Remove the lid and recycle separately.   
  Ball & Housing: Plastic PE. These are recyclable but not all local authorities accept them yet. Please check with your local authority if they can be disposed of in kerbside recycling or at a collection point. Where possible, re-apply to the bottle to guarantee the best chance of being recycled.
  Labels: Do not remove from packs and recycle accordingly.

  Goodnight Pillow Mist
  Glass bottle, spray pump with label
  Bottle: Blue glass. Please recycle in your kerbside recycling or with green bottles at your local bottle bank.
  Pump: Mixed materials. Not recyclable. Please bring to a participating Neal’s Yard Remedies store, and we’ll recycle via our TerraCycle scheme.
  Labels: Do not remove from packs and recycle accordingly.

  Aromatic Foaming Bath:
  Plastic bottle, flip top cap with wrap label
  Bottle: Plastic rPETE. Made from 100% recycled PETE.  Wash out and recycle.
  Flip top: Plastic PP. Can be recycled with plastics, but not all local authorities accept them yet so please check your local recycling guidelines. If not accepted, please bring to a participating Neal’s Yard Remedies store, and we’ll recycle via our TerraCycle scheme.
  Labels: Do not remove from packs and recycle accordingly.
